Who killed Cindy James?  The body of 44 year old Cindy James was found outside a home in Richmond, British Columbia on June 8th, 1989.  Her hands and feet were bound behind her and a black nylon stocking around her neck.  Over several years, she reported over 100 incidents of phone harassment, stalking, and even physical attacks by an unknown assailant.  This all started after divorcing her ex-husband in 1982.  Throughout the years, she changed her name, painted her car, moved to a different home, and even hired a private investigator but the reports of incidents continued to occur.  In October 1988, her ex-husband received a voice message saying “Cindy..Dead..Meat..Soon” (this is the only call that we were able to locate the audio and is available on the internet).  Her death was ruled an “unknown event” on autopsy.  Her family and her private investigator continue to believe she was murdered but the law enforcement investigation showed a different result.  This episode will leave you pondering the question… who killed Cindy James?
