The Arnold's of rural Potwin, Kansas know when the farmhouse they rented was inadvertently tagged with millions of IP addresses by a company called Maxmind. While the intent was to tag that the IP address came from "America", it didn't stop local, state, and federal agencies from investigating multiple reports of crimes and fraudulent activites occurring at the rural farmhouse.
